Job summary

Torrid Willow Grove store is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional fashion retail experiences. You will drive sales, manage operations, and recruit top talent to align with Torrid's inclusive culture and customer focus.

You'll oversee merchandising, training, and performance development while maintaining strong communication with the District Manager and HQ to achieve store objectives and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of specialty/apparel retail management experience
• High School diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing fashion trends

Responsibilities

• Achieve store objectives and KPI goals
• Balance policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop and train top sales and fashion-focused talent
• Model The Torrid Connection and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute merchandise strategies and maintain an inviting store environment
• Maintain open communication with District Manager and HQ
