In this role you’ll manage daily store operations, ensure product presentation and compliance with brand standards, and collaborate on recruiting and developing a high-performing team. A strong customer focus and tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of specialty retail experience.
• Prior management experience in specialty retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.
