Job summary

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in a related role, strong MS Office skills, and a track record of managing budgets and programs in a professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years related experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience in marketing and communications preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inclusion initiatives and committee meetings.
• Draft communications, reports and surveys with accuracy.
• Liaise with Inclusion Councils and Resource Groups.
• Prepare agendas and summaries for circulation.
• Monitor inclusion program budget and expenses.
• Coordinate training programs and events.
• Maintain internal and external inclusion content.
• Respond to information requests and surveys.
