Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, human resources, recruitment, professional development, employee engagement, higher education, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
• Event coordination and project management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for culture and inclusion programs, affinity group events, professional development workshops, heritage month celebrations, networking events, and community-building initiatives.
• Assist affinity group leaders with planning annual programming and budget requests and track engagement metrics.
• Draft and distribute event invitations, reminders, and internal communications; maintain program tracking and data integrity.
