The Freeman Company seeks an HR Manager, Inclusion, Culture & Community to advance an inclusive culture across all locations and work arrangements. This role connects BRGs, communities, and leadership to drive belonging and business impact.

Based in the North Dallas area with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with HR and business leaders to activate programs, monitor metrics, and influence how leaders lead and how employees experience work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience required.

Mansioni

• Develop inclusion and belonging priorities aligned to business goals.
• Design learning experiences, workshops, and campaigns to build inclusive leadership.
• Use data and listening insights to identify trends and barriers to inclusion.
• Establish and track inclusion metrics and OKRs with the HR team.
• Apply inclusive practices to achieve measurable business impact and psychological safety.
• Lead BRG activation, governance, and operating standards.
• Embed inclusion across onboarding, development, and performance.
• Strengthen belonging across hybrid, remote, and non-desk environments.
• Represent Freeman in external inclusion and community forums.
