Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Program Manager, Culture & Inclusion to design and run practical programs that strengthen belonging and the employee experience across a distributed workforce.

The role is hybrid (in-office Mon-Thu) with offices in Sugar Land, TX and several major cities. A background in HR, culture, or related disciplines is required, with 8+ years leading complex programs and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within HR, culture, inclusion, or related functions.
• Demonstrated expertise in culture, inclusion, team member experience, organizational development, or related HR disciplines.
• Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional programs from design through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Comfort operating in a legally and politically dynamic regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build practical programs and resources for frontline leaders and their teams.
• Lead the operating rhythm for ABM's Culture & Inclusion Council and drive follow-through on commitments.
• Drive and support ABM's impact groups and ensure alignment with company guidance.
• Lead cross-functional work to integrate culture and inclusion priorities into existing programs.
• Support employee experience and engagement efforts, including listening initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional teams and advise HR and business partners on program approaches.
• Consult with Legal on program design and communications to ensure compliance.
• Establish and monitor program measures with leadership and adjust for effectiveness.
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for culture and inclusion programs across the organization.
• Utilize tools and data, including AI-assisted resources, for design and decision-making.
