Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking an Employee Engagement & Inclusion Specialist in a hybrid Dallas-based role. You will coordinate ERGs, internship programs, and site-based engagement initiatives to foster belonging and a strong employee culture.

Collaborate with HR, Internal Communications, and business leaders to translate strategy into meaningful experiences, track impact, and drive participation and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with HR certification.
• 3+ years in employee engagement, HR program management, or communications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERGs, internship programs, or culture initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and execution of enterprise ERG programs, including planning, communications, budgets, events, resources, and analytics.
• Partner with ERG leaders to deliver programs that strengthen connection, belonging, professional development, and cultural awareness.
• Manage site engagement programs and local culture-building activities facilitating employee connection and collaboration.
• Coordinate employee experience initiatives across onboarding, recognition, engagement, and community involvement.
• Develop and execute employee events, volunteer initiatives, recognition programs, and culture reinforcement activities.
• Collaborate with universities and internal teams to support internship recruiting and onboarding activities.
