Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL, seeks a Program Manager in People & Culture to lead inclusion initiatives, manage Business Resource Groups, and oversee mentoring and sponsorship programs across the enterprise.

You will partner with HR, senior leaders, and stakeholder groups to drive a high-performance, inclusive culture, develop communications, and build strategic partnerships that advance diversity and employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years managing or developing workforce inclusion programs or initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/HR/OD or related field.
• Strong communication and data reporting skills.
• Ability to operate in a self-directed, fast-paced environment and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and mentoring/sponsorship programs.
• Oversee internal communications related to inclusion initiatives.
• Nurture strategic partnerships across the enterprise.
• Develop and manage programs that foster inclusive practices workforce-wide.
• Collaborate with HR, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure execution and engagement.
