Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of incident management experience.
• Experience with mainframe environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure connectivity and services using monitoring systems.
• Monitor mainframe control consoles and system performance.
• Assist with review/validation of mainframe JCL.
• Deliveries as assigned, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
