Qualifications

• Experience in Incident Management within a technology-driven environment.
• Ability to prioritize competing work based on urgency, customer impact, and business risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex information clearly.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
• Analytical mindset using incident data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Familiarity with incident management and observability tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response for high-urgency incidents across multiple teams.
• Run incident response bridges with engineers, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear business impacts and risks with detailed timelines and actions.
• Contribute to blameless post-incident reviews and root cause investigations.
• Analyze production incident data and trends to drive process improvements in response, data collection, and reporting.
• Participate in an on-call rotation that includes hours outside standard business practices.
