You will conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvements in data collection, reporting, and incident management processes.

The role includes participating in an on-call rotation, with a base salary range of 72,000.00 USD to 90,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading incident response bridges with engineering and leadership.
• Ability to prioritize work by urgency and business risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Jira, PagerDuty, Datadog).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end response for high-urgency incidents across teams.
• Run incident response bridges with engineers, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical issues into clear business impacts and risks.
• Contribute to blameless post-incident reviews and root-cause investigations.
• Analyze incident data and trends to improve response processes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation including after-hours work.
