Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader within Trend Micro, seeks an Incident Response Analyst in Irving, TX hybrid role. Youll manage forensic investigations, coordinate containment, and translate threat data into actionable guidance for enterprise customers.

You will work with AI-driven workflows, support automation initiatives, and collaborate across a global MDR team to protect customers while operating under demanding shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• 3+ years in security operations with demonstrated expertise in Incident response and forensics; Malware analysis and threat investigation; SOC operations or security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Forensic Investigation: conduct root cause analysis of breaches and determine attack vectors, scope and business impact.
• Incident Response: lead containment and threat eradication from first alert to resolution.
• Threat Analysis & Detection: develop and refine detection rules, generate threat intelligence and IoCs.
• Customer Reporting: create executive-ready incident reports and briefings; recommend improvements.
• Proactive Threat Operations: hunt for indicators across networks; improve detection logic.
• AI Orchestration: contribute to automation and AI initiatives to speed responses and reduce analyst burden.
