Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks an Incident Response Analyst to investigate breaches, lead containment, and deliver insights that strengthen customers’ security posture. You will work with AI-enabled workflows, refining detections and providing clear guidance to executives.

You will collaborate across global threat operations, translating complex data into actionable decisions while advancing automation to shorten response times and improve overall MDR delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
• 3+ years in security operations with demonstrated expertise in incident response and forensics.
• Experience in malware analysis, threat investigation, and SOC operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis of security breaches and determine attack vectors, scope and business impact.
• Lead containment and threat eradication across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze malware and threat components; develop and refine detection rules and IoCs.
• Create executive-ready incident reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Hunt for advanced threat indicators across customer networks and improve detection logic.
• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives to reduce analyst workload and speed responses.
