Job summary

S:US is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join a fast-paced team protecting the people we serve. You will ensure incident reporting complies with regulatory requirements and coordinate across departments to prevent recurrence.

You will train staff, triage incidents, maintain data logs, and prepare monthly trend reports for leadership, focusing on accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong communication and the ability to work with little supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare or non-profit.
• Travel extensively in all boroughs.
• Incident Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years healthcare/non-profit experience.
• Travel extensively.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule and on-call as needed.
• Incident Management regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Lead trainings and develop materials for Incident Management trainings.
• Coordinate with HR and program leadership for swift incident resolution.
