Job summary

S:US in New York is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to ensure compliant incident reporting and timely management across departments. You will protect consumer safety by implementing protective measures and coordinating with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field with minimum two years of experience in healthcare or non-profit.
• Master’s Degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA contact for incident management reporting and processes.
• Interpret and apply incident management regulations and provide staff support.
• Triages reports to ensure protective measures for consumer safety.
• Review notifications and investigations for compliance with regulations.
• Co-chair IRC meetings and complete minutes/follow-ups.
• Ensure timely submission of IRC minutes and follow-ups.
• Conduct Incident Management trainings and update training materials.
• Maintain incident logs and data to support trends.
• Draft monthly incident trend reports and identify corrective actions.
• Provide incident updates to stakeholders and coordinate with HR for swift resolution.
