Job summary

EHCA is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to develop and maintain quality assurance reviews of agency incidents and ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for individuals served. You will contribute to a culture of safety, accuracy, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience with state regulatory bodies.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, Leadership Team, employees, and the public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including handling sensitive and confidential situations.
• Working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Office and other business-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance reviews of agency incidents.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for individuals served by EHCA.
• Resolve incidents quickly, efficiently, and effectively to minimize operational disruptions.
