Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare or non-profit experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA contact for incident management reporting.
• Interpret and apply incident management regulations; provide staff support.
• Triages incident reports to ensure consumer safety.
• Review notifications and investigations; follow up for missing information.
• Co-chair IRC meetings; document minutes and follow-ups.
• Deliver incident management trainings and update materials.
• Draft monthly incident trend reports and perform root-cause analyses.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and coordinate with HR.
• Coordinate with program leadership to resolve incidents swiftly.
