Job summary

S:US is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to join a dynamic team dedicated to protecting the organization and the people we serve. You will ensure incidents are reported in compliance with regulations and manage incident activities accurately and timely.

You will work across departments to implement protective measures, participate in IRC meetings, and develop training materials to strengthen incident management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in related field, plus minimum 2 years in healthcare or non-profit.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across boroughs and work a flexible schedule.
• On-call availability; incident management experience preferred; Master’s Degree preferred; exceptions with 7 years experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary QA contact for incident management reporting and processes.
• Interpret and apply incident management regulations and provide staff support.
• Triages incident reports to ensure protective measures for consumer safety.
• Review notifications, investigations, and reports; follow up on missing information.
• Co-chair IRC meetings; complete minutes and follow-ups.
