Job summary

EHCA in Erie, PA is seeking an Incident Management Specialist to develop and maintain quality assurance reviews of agency incidents and ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for individuals served by EHCA. The IMS ensures incidents are resolved quickly, efficiently, and effectively to minimize operational disruptions.

The role requires collaboration with staff, regulators, and leadership to maintain safety, compliance, and service quality while supporting care teams in delivering

Qualifications

• Group A: Bachelor's degree + 1 year of work experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or in related fields and quality assurance.
• Group B: Associate’s degree or 60 credits + 3 years of work experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or in related fields and quality assurance.
• Group C: High school diploma or equivalent + 5 years of work experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or in related fields and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance reviews of agency incidents.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for individuals served by EHCA.
• Resolve incidents quickly, efficiently, and effectively to minimize disruptions.
