Job summary

O’Rourke Sales Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Incentives Sales team at our Davenport, Iowa office. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service while processing orders and managing communications with vendors and customers. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., in-office. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and meticulous record

Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable of the company products and understand each customer’s need to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operate our computer-based systems to enter order entries quickly and accurately.
• Navigate 3rd party, vendor, customer portals and databases.
• Respond to high-volume emails accurately and professionally.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Accounting, returns and warehouse staff.
• Work closely with vendor partners to resolve order and product issues.
• Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
• Communicate professionally on the telephones with many customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain customer relations through timely services.
• Assist Incentive’s Sales Team with various account management activities.
