Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Clive, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can also sell to existing customers. This temp-to-hire role requires strong communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle calls, process requests, enter contracts, and support account transfers while promoting equipment sales. Starting pay $18.00-$20.00 per hour; hours 8:00am–5:00pm (Tuesdays 7:00am–5:00pm). Location is Clive, Iowa.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell equipment to customer base.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, 10-key, and phone operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with understanding their accounts and processing requests.
• Assist collection managers with transfers, rewrites, repos, refused returns, letters and other paperwork.
• Enter contracts into computer system.
• Assist with closing accounts, process deferrals and extensions and ending contracts.
• Filing and sorting; preparing UCC paperwork.
