• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• 1+ years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledgeable with composing emails to customers professionally.
• Self-starter and able to multi-task.

• Ability to work within a team.
• Demonstrates initiative and problem solving.
• Reliable attendance and work history.
