Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. is seeking an Incentive Strategy Senior Analyst to develop and implement the division’s new vehicle incentive strategies. You will support monthly planning, analyze performance, and prepare executive-ready analyses to drive decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Tableau, and the ability to collaborate across HQ and field offices to optimize incentives and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Business or Automotive related.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Ability to independently analyze data and develop recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly new vehicle incentive strategies/programs to meet sales objectives.
• Analyze industry, segment, and model performance using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Monitor competitor incentives and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Evaluate incentive program effectiveness through data analysis and financial modeling.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for decision-making.
