The position oversees the incentives function and collaborates across regional sales, finance, marketing and operations.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in automotive distribution/sales planning, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate and preferably a bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Ten+ years of experience in distribution/sales planning and analysis in automotive industry or related field.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience desired.
• Excellent microeconomic and analytical skills; ability to use data to view the automotive market and consumer landscape.
• Knowledge of automotive pricing and incentives approaches and strategies.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to influence executives and cross-functional partners.
• Proven track record presenting complex analyses in clear formats to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual incentives strategy for Hyundai Motor America. Design and implement consumer and dealer incentives to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead design and implementation of monthly incentive programs; gather input from regional offices, National Sales, Finance, Marketing and other departments; drive approval with executives.
