Job summary

Marvin seeks a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support manufacturing and corporate teams. You will lead analysis of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, align with business goals, and recommend data-driven improvements.

You will develop financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; prepare executive-ready presentations; and partner with HR, Finance, and line leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Experience designing incentive/variable pay programs.
