Paradigm Healthcare in Texas is seeking a motivated LVN/RN to join our nursing leadership team. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, maintaining quality care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will support the Director of Nursing, participate in staff development, audits, and budgeting while upholding infection control and patient safety across shifts. A strong candidate offers Long-Term Care experience and solid administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN or LVN in the state.
• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in healthcare, Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices in a facility setting.
• Computer literacy with standard office software (Outlook, Office).

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing and nursing administration to supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care.
• Provide clinical expertise to facilitate and supervise quality of care and patient safety.
• Participate in audits, staffing plans, and budgets to maintain standards.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and staff development to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure infection control policies are followed and safety standards are maintained.
