Qualifications

• Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management, ideally within rental car, travel, or service-based industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel with basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of AI and cloud-based tools such as Claude, AWS, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or Amazon Redshift.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for performance metrics.
• Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for program alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes.
• Maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments.
