Job summary

Penske's Corporate Compensation team is seeking a Compensation Analyst focused on incentive pay. This role supports the Director-Incentive Pay and Systems and analyzes bonus, commission and variable pay programs while researching market trends in incentive compensation.

Responsibilities include routine analysis, building reports and dashboards, assisting design of incentive programs, and ensuring accurate awards administration.

Qualifications

• 3 years of compensation or analyst experience required.
• Experience with variable pay plans (bonus and commission) preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, pay laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine analysis on bonus, commission and incentive pay programs and present findings to department leadership.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the activity and use of incentive pay.
• Research and identify market trends related to variable compensation and incentive pay.
• Assist in the design of incentive pay programs that properly reward our associates.
• Lead processes that support the formal and discretionary awards administration.
• Evaluate pay processes and implement process improvement solutions.
• Provide support to special projects as assigned.
