Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking an Incentive Compensation Program Manager to lead design, modeling, and administration of field incentive plans across 575+ locations. You will partner with HR, Finance, Operations, Payroll, and senior leadership to drive performance through bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and spiffs.

The role emphasizes robust modeling, data analysis, and clear communication of pay outcomes to leaders and teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation, incentive compensation, or related analytics.
• Experience designing and administering incentive plans (bonuses, commissions, profit sharing, etc.).
• Strong expertise in incentive modeling, scenario analysis, payout logic, and forecasting.
• Experience tracking incentive performance with ROI, trend, and effectiveness analyses.
• Translate business strategy into practical incentive designs that are sustainable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive plan design, including field bonuses, commissions, profit sharing and spiffs.
• Translate goals into clear, measurable plan designs with financial discipline.
• Build forecasts, scenarios, payout analyses, and ROI assessments.
• Own administration of plans: calculation logic, validation, payout support, and controls.
• Develop dashboards and recurring insights for leadership on performance.
• Drive process improvements and automation of compensation workflows.
• Support annual merit increases and compensation reviews.
