MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks an Incentive Compensation Lead to design and govern the field incentive program from the ground up. You will translate launch strategy into clear, fair and motivating plans; own payout governance, data quality and analytics for Sales and related field teams.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance and Analytics to ensure transparency, defensibility and operational soundness; develop dashboards, govern vendor relationships and drive continuous

• Deep experience designing incentive-compensation programs.
• Experience governing payout processes and data quality.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, fair plans.

Responsabilidades

• Design, model and govern incentive plans aligned with US strategy and compliance.
• Lead annual and in-year IC governance including goal methodology and change control.
• Own payout calculations, data validation, QA and field communications.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, Analytics and vendors.
• Develop performance dashboards and analyses for quota attainment and trends.
• Support quota-setting, territory alignment and performance-measure decisions with Analytics.
• Create governance processes and SLAs with external IC/data vendors.
• Build trust with field teams through accurate, transparent communication.
• Manage vendors and programs (fleet, awards, sampling, fuel cards).
