The role drives data onboarding, data quality, and analytics to support sales goals and business decisions, with collaboration across multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required to ensure understanding and application of business concepts.
Experience working with pharmaceutical sales data sources.
Familiarity with field sales activities and behaviors.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to analyses and proposals.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

Lead incentive compensation operations and ensure accurate payouts according to franchise rules.
Drive data onboarding and manage data sources for franchise needs.
Perform data analysis to ensure IC data accuracy and provide insights.
Develop presentations and communications (Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Excel).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchise reporting.
