Expertise in Sales Force Effectiveness within pharma, change leadership, and the ability to influence without authority are essential to succeed in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years' experience across field leadership, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and BI capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning teams, aligning with enterprise strategy and governance.
• Mentor and develop Incentive Compensation and Sales Planning leaders and teams.
• Facilitate senior-level collaboration to align priorities across functions.
• Partner with commercial, finance, HR, operations, analytics, and field leadership to integrate strategies.
• Communicate priorities and execution updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Champion strategies and organizational impact through stakeholder meetings and targeted communications.
