Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an Incentive Accounting Analyst to join its Accounting & Finance team in the United States. The role focuses on calculating and administering incentive compensation, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting of incentive programs.

You will work with Payroll, Finance, HR, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate payouts and strong financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or incentive administration.
• Experience calculating and administering commissions, bonuses, or variable compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end incentive compensation process including data collection and validation.
• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payments with proper documentation.
• Maintain participant records, plan configurations, and calculation logic.
• Ensure timely payout delivery to Payroll and off-cycle payments support.
• Prepare monthly incentive accruals and true-ups for multiple plans.
