Job summary

loanDepot is seeking an Incentive Compensation Administrator to oversee incentive plans, manage eligibility rules, and ensure accurate processing and governance of compensation data. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to stay compliant, maintain data integrity, and enhance Workday systems.

The role requires documenting plans, auditing data, and supporting system functionality in Workday, with a focus on accuracy, policy adherence, and effective stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Proficiency drafting compensation plan documentation with regulatory clarity.
• Experience designing and managing complex compensation plans including bonuses.
• Strong analytical skills for audits and data-driven recommendations.
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws.
• Hands-on Workday compensation data management and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full life cycle of compensation plans including activation and deprecation.
• Coordinate with HRBPs, Recruiting, and Sales Finance to ensure plan accuracy.
• Create and maintain compensation plan documents, job aids, and trackers.
• Develop incentive plans and monitor approvals in Workday.
• Audit compensation data and correct onboarding guarantees, bonuses, and plan assignments.
• Manage day-to-day Workday data entry for lifecycle events and adjustments.
• Provide system support and training to HR end-users and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in plans and transactions.
