Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Incentive Analyst in Hoover, Alabama to help administer corporate incentive plans and provide reporting from incentive applications with moderate supervision. You will design plans, model payouts, and communicate results with management to support sales performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or a HS diploma with 6+ years) and preferred experience with SAP Commissions, Crystal Reports, and SQL reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of incentive experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performance
• Develops models to determine incentive plan payouts
• Interacts with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design and payouts and sales performance
• May work as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issues
• Audits and validates results between the systems of record and end results as needed
• Responsible for ad hoc analysis as requested
• Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
