Sysco Cincinnati, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor responsible for overseeing day warehouse operations, including receiving, replenishment, and storage. The role provides management and direction to warehouse staff and ensures safety and compliance with HACCP and quality standards.

The position requires supervising the Will Call process, coordinating inbound scheduling, and maintaining temperature controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and regulations; clear communication and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees engaged in receiving, replenishing and storing inbound products, including all warehouse functions, receivers and day forklift operators.
• Manages daily Will Call functions, including replenishment, selection, and loading with proper temperature controls and QA guidelines.
• Oversees labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
• Prepares work schedules including extra days and shifts as needed.
• Inspects proper utilization of company assets in support of the warehouse.
• Coordinates required repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Reviews day warehouse functions and productivity reporting.
• Suggests efficiency ideas and cost reduction measures and assists with changes.
