You will mentor crew members and maintain safe, productive performance while supervising material handles, selectors, and partial-order pullers. The role requires supervising dock and cooler processes, coordinating with sales and inventory control, and managing labor budgets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in operations/warehouse shipping and receiving perishable products, or an equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train hourly employees.
• Able to solve problems independently and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily dock and cooler processes.
• Coach and develop outbound associates.
• Monitor work and enforce safety policies.
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Enforce policies and lead pre-shift meetings.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepare work schedules.
• Substitute unavailable items for selection.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Spot-check orders for accuracy and quality.
• Pull/verify critical care orders for accuracy.
• Inspect equipment daily and coordinate repairs.
