Paycom - ATS in Marion, IN is seeking a Call Center Representative focused on customer service and inbound sales. You will answer calls, complete sales, and assist customers while earning base pay plus uncapped commissions.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to travel to the corporate office for initial training. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged.

• Deescalate situations with callers.
• Participate in ongoing product/service training.
• Other duties as assigned.
