Paycom - ATS in Fishers, IN is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative focused on customer service and inbound sales to join our team. You will handle inbound calls, assist with questions, and process orders while earning an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions.

The role emphasizes upselling, problem resolution, and timely communication; bilingual Spanish encouraged; strong computer and organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer Inbound Calls.
• Troubleshoot problems and complaints.
• Respond promptly to emails/messages from customers.
• Accurately note customer accounts.
• Process Orders, Forms, and Applications.
• Upsell Products and/or services when appropriate.
• Willingness to listen and deescalate situations when needed.
• Complete ongoing training for product and service updates as needed.
