Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries while building strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to grow business with new and existing customers
• Develop knowledge of fasteners, construction materials, products, and customer applications
• Partner with Customer Service and Business Development teams to provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
• Take ownership of customer needs from initial contact through resolution
