Job summary

Right Choice Resources in Batavia, IL is seeking a relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team. This role centers on warm, inbound inquiries—responding to quotes, managing repeat business, and nurturing existing accounts to maximize sales opportunities.

You will build trust, understand customer needs, and present the right solutions, delivering an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to order completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales, B2B, account management or customer-facing sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business.
• Experience using CRM or ERP software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and customer inquiries.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Present good/better/best options based on goals and budget.
• Follow up on quotes to maximize conversion rates.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after every sale.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations to fulfill orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP.
