Job summary

ADT Security Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking energetic Sales Agents to handle inbound calls from interested security and smart home customers, guiding them through needs analysis and closing sales. You will schedule installations with our field team and follow up with quotes and information requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

No cold calling, 5 weeks paid training, and uncapped commissions are available.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while speaking to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Answer new and existing customer phone calls while following sales processes.
• Consultatively work with customers to close sales by gathering information, determining needs and scheduling installation appointments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.
