Job summary

ADT is currently seeking a Sales Agent in Indianapolis, IN to handle inbound calls and guide customers through security and smart home solutions. You’ll engage prospects and close sales, driving installation scheduling with our field teams. No outbound calling is required.

You will transfer calls as needed, follow up with quotes and information requests, and strive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. One year of sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.
