Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year sales experience preferred; 0.5+ years internal billing agent with sales success acceptable.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by evaluating needs and recommending Spectrum products and services.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits, promoting bundled solutions for value.
• Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets using effective sales techniques.
• Build trust and rapport with new, existing and former customers for long-term loyalty.
• Address retention calls and resolve billing inquiries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spectrum campaigns, pricing and product offerings to answer questions.
