Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year sales experience; 0.5 years internal billing agent with sales success also acceptable.
• 1+ year customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by evaluating needs and recommending Spectrum solutions.
• Educate customers on features and benefits; promote bundled services.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets with effective techniques.
• Build trust with new, existing, and former customers for loyalty.
• Address retention calls and resolve billing inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on Spectrum campaigns, pricing, and product offerings.
