Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Head of Sales Performance to design and scale our inbound sales engine, from first touch to close. You will build tools, sequences, coaching systems, and standards that elevate the entire floor.

You'll lead the inbound follow-up team, optimize processes, coach for high conversion, and ensure disciplined execution. This role may expand to post-sale revenue onboarding and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, sales development, sales enablement, revenue operations, or similar commercial role.
• 2+ years managing or coaching a sales team.
• Track record building sales systems, tools, or programs from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and test follow-up sequences across email and chat.
• Coach and develop inbound follow-up team; hire as the team scales.
• Own pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives; establish cadence standards and CRM hygiene.
