Wing Assistant is building the next generation of AI-enabled workforce solutions for growing businesses. We’re seeking an Inside Sales Manager to own the inbound follow-up and mid-funnel while raising the quality and consistency of how our sales floor operates.

You will lead the team, refine processes, coach reps, and ensure every qualified opportunity is managed with discipline. This builder role includes a modern sales tech stack and clear revenue targets tied to your ownership.

Qualifications

• Relevant leadership experience in sales teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop inbound sales reps.
• Experience designing follow-up sequences and improving conversion rates.

Responsabilités

• Lead inbound follow-up team (SDRs & Sales Associates).
• Design and test follow-up sequences via email and chat; optimize conversions.
• Oversee channel partner leads; set ownership and reporting standards.
• Coach Account Executives on discovery, objections, and securing second calls.
• Maintain a single source of truth for sales knowledge and training.
