Prudential Financial, Inc. seeks a Manager, Inbound Sales to lead a team of 10+ consultants, driving inbound sales for annuity solutions. The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, and building a strong sales pipeline in a hybrid/office setting.

You will mentor staff, optimize consultative selling, and partner with Training and Sales leadership to implement strategies that improve outcomes and engagement.

Formación

• Experience in annuity products and financial services.
• Proven sales results and coaching ability.
• Leadership experience or potential to lead a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Inbound Sales Consultants.
• Drive sales results across inbound customer and financial professional interactions.
• Develop and retain top sales talent and build future sales pipelines.
• Identify customer needs and connect with appropriate annuity solutions.
• Strengthen consultative selling, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Monitor team performance, sales activity, service levels, and development needs.
• Create a collaborative, inclusive, results-focused team culture.
• Implement sales strategies with Sales leadership and partners.
• Partner with Training for onboarding and development.
• Apply sales best practices to improve quality and efficiency.
• Anticipate staffing needs to support inbound demand.
• Lead through change and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent Inbound Sales on cross-functional projects.
