Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound sales engine. You will lead the team, strengthen systems, and ensure qualified opportunities are managed with discipline and urgency. This builder role includes coaching, process improvement, and a modern sales tech stack, with clear revenue targets and on-time performance.

Salary is PHP 90,000 to PHP 110,000 per month, plus On-Target Earnings (OTE); Schedule follows Pacific Time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Inside Sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach reps and improve funnel metrics.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound follow-up team (SDRs, Sales Associates).
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coach performance, hire as team scales.
• Own pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives.
• Establish cadence standards, ownership rules, and CRM hygiene expectations.
• Manage Sales Trainer and onboarding ramp-up for new hires.
• Design and test follow-up sequences across email/chat; use scores as metrics.
• Build no-show recovery and reactivation campaigns for demos.
