Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to own the follow-up and mid-funnel layer of our inbound sales engine, improving quality and consistency across the sales floor. You will lead, coach, and implement disciplined processes with a modern sales tech stack, tied to clear revenue targets.

The role emphasizes building systems, coaching, and owning onboarding and ramp-up for new hires, with a monthly salary of ₱90,000–₱110,000 plus OTE and a Pacific Time schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inside sales, sales development, revenue operations, or similar commercial role.
• 2+ years of managing or coaching a sales team.
• Proven experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, show rates, or sales cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the inbound follow-up team, including SDRs and Sales Associates.
• Coach performance, conduct regular 1:1s, and hire as the team scales.
• Own the pairing model between Sales Associates and Account Executives.
